The UI looks clean, but it is not accessible for users with less-than-perfect vision. Many elements—specifically the search bar placeholder, the 'View all' link, and the thin-line icons—are far too light and thin. I find myself squinting or needing my glasses just to navigate basic billing categories. Please increase the font weight and darken the grey text to meet WCAG accessibility standards.

This app is very useless and not user-friendly. I have been trying to access my account since April, but I still can’t log in. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but I have not received timely assistance. I keep getting a SIM authentication error despite having load and a strong signal. For reference, I do receive the OTP, but the app does not detect it. I was advised to try during early morning or midnight, but the issue still persists. This has wasted my time and load.

Dear Devs, i have found bugs. during my experience in the latest version, i have found the following: Transfer to Other Account - on the search part, if you click on it, it only displays the first 8 selection only. i opted to manually looking the bank i chose. second, the Mobile PIN part accepted the incorrect combination. transaction pushed through. That's All. thanks.
