I regret subscribing, which I did believing it's good to support an app claiming to support people's need to connect and form communities. After six weeks I decided it wasn't worth continuing my subscription. I was shocked to be told my only 2 options were: pay more or delete my account. I couldn't downgrade. I wrote to protest this; and that several features promised weren't supported; and I was being charged the same amount in Pounds as others were in Euros - all unfair. Still no response.

The app is in a dire need of an update. The interface is as clunky and unintuitive as it gets, and the constant full-screen ads that pop up even if you're in the middle of entering a message (which ensures you accidentally tap on it) make trying to navigate the thing infinitely more frustrating. Unfortunately, the overall design makes me disinclined to pay for the premium version. Shame, because the concept itself is great.

This is an absurd embarrassment of an app. You thought grindr was outdated and bad? Nope. Things that happen: - Can't use the support services about other issues because "you need to be connected". To what? With what? I have Internet. I am in the app already? What does that even mean? - can't participate in any chill because there is an ongoing chill I am part of. I am in none. I am double and triple checking. None. Still can't participate in anything else. Technically, this app is atrocious.
