Don't bother to use this app. I have several DVD'S. I just spent the last hour scanning them and getting a price quote, most were around 40 cents , which I was fine with. Once I had 20 DVD'S in my cart that they offered me prices on, a message pops up and says if the quote is less than 55 cents , they won't buy it, and to remove all quotes less than 55 cents from my cart. I only had 1 that was over 55 cents. Why do you offer a quote and then say you won't buy it. Why not just turn it down.

Up until recently this was an excellent company to do business. Lately, they really SUCK! They don't address my concerns regarding several issues that I had with my previous 2 orders and couldn't be bothered to answer a question about rejected items in my shipment. Then they misplaced, lost or stole an item and claim it was missing from the shipment. I only asked to have someone look into it and got no response. I've been a long time customer with 75+ sellback orders, they couldn't care less!!!

Quick turn around time, took time in an email to give a detailed description of what was wrong with a few items i had sent in. And their reasons for not being able to accept them. Totally fair. So for my first dealing with them i would have to give them 5 out of 5 stars, and yes i would recommend them. Matter of fact I'm getting my next order ready now. Last thing their prices are alot better than most, check them out.
