EaseMyTrip is a reliable travel booking platform, especially popular in India for its no convenience fee policy, which helps save a bit compared to other apps. The interface is simple and easy to use for booking flights, hotels, and buses. One of the best parts is the competitive pricing and frequent deals, making it a good option for budget travelers. Booking is usually smooth, and confirmation is quick.

Using the EaseMyTrip app for 3 years, but recently faced a serious issue. While rescheduling my flight by 2 days, the app jumped to the next month without any warning. I mistakenly booked May 28 instead of April 28 and lost ₹6,500. If same-month rescheduling isn’t available, it should be clearly mentioned. This behavior is misleading and unacceptable.

Avoid booking through EaseMyTrip. Very bad experience. The airline changed my flight, but I was never informed—I found out only after checking the status myself. Customer care kept repeating “you’ll get a call in 2 hours” for 4 days, but no one called. Even after escalation, no proper update or airline PNR was shared. False promises and poor support. Book directly with airlines for a worry-free trip.
