Very bad experience with EaseMyTrip. The app shows prices, but the booking never completes. After filling all passenger details, the process gets stuck at payment or seat selection. Payment options don’t load properly, and the app does not move forward. This wastes a lot of time and is very frustrating. Misleading prices and poor service. Not recommended.

Extremely poor service by EaseMyTrip! It’s been 5 months and my refund for 2 transactions is still not received. The transaction ID/Bank ARN shared are not traceable from bank, and the bank confirms no refund at all. Stop repeating “refund processed” message, as where is the money if bank confirms multiple time that they have not received.

I had a very disappointing experience with EaseMyTrip. As per their own refund policy, I was eligible for a refund, but my payment has still not been refunded. What made the situation worse was their customer care, which is completely non-supportive. I contacted them multiple times through calls and emails, but there was no proper response or solution—only delays and false assurances. The support team does not take ownership of customer issues.
