after the initial hiccups where the payment didn't go through and customer service was not reachable, I was reached out by a customer care executive Aman who not only helped resolve the booking issue but also ensured that gift cards that I had used were refunded. In the end a good experience

I have the worst experience here there official site glitched and date changed automatically but we have choosed the right date and the website glitches and date automatically changed and after payment they wasn't allowing us to reschedule or change the date as it was their website fault . But still we have to pay the full price and 10000 rs just wasted and we have rebook the actual ticket from book my ticket

Worst experience ever with Easemytrip. Even after 7 months, my refund is still not processed. I have shared clear confirmation from my bank that no amount has been received, yet your team keeps sending the same copy-paste responses without understanding the issue. This is not just poor support — it feels like deliberate negligence and an attempt to avoid refunding. Your customer service is completely useless and unresponsive. If this is not resolved immediately, I will take to consumer forum.
