Normal calorie trackers force you to add foods into your diary one by one. By the end of the day, there's no guarantee that you'll be anywhere near your nutrition targets. With our automatic meal planner, there's nothing to track because everything is already entered for you. All you have to do is follow the plan.

We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a single day meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like.

As a premium user, you'll have access to the weekly meal planner that allows you to automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didn't eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track.

I love this app.! I was in search of a easy to use app. With recipes, calorie intake , macros and food preferences. This app checks every box for me. It also has a shopping list and delivery component. Oh, and the feature that let's you integrate and rotate out/in pantry items is wonderful. Thank you so much. This app. makes life so much easier and stress free for weekly meal planning. I will use this app forever. One bug, some exclusions do appear In the meal plan. However I make substitutions

First... I'm down 25lbs 100% thanks to this app! This app is amazing. Great recipes with A LOT of variety. They calculate the calories you need and suggest meals within that plus macros for tracking protein. The checklist for groceries makes life easy. Every time we ask ourselves "I wonder if it can..." the answer has been yes. Developers really thought everything out and done a fantastic job. Worth every penny.

So far, I really love this app. I'm feeling more energetic as I'm getting more nutrients with the variety of ingredients it gives me. Cons: Foods I exclude still tend to show up, and I'm allergic to the foods I've excluded. I wish the app noted the recipes I haven't eaten the previous week (went out to eat, still full from the previous meal, etc) and put them as priority for the next week. That way, I save money by not needing to buy as many new ingredients and old ones don't go to waste.

For reusing recipes, I do the same thing and tend to just copy them from the past week ("add to plan" from the recipe page, or copy meal). - Louis

What's new

We're constantly working on improvements to make planning your meals as easy as possible!
This latest release combines the old alternative meal and food pages with even more options.
Add Quick Calories to a meal if you just want a fast option for logging a certain number of calories (and macros if you want to add those too).
It also adds a option in Meal Settings to have the generator skip that meal but still plan others in the day.
