No contact #, I RENEWED 3 ID cards & I didn't received them, and I opened a complain ticket and they closed it without resolving the problem of missing ID's, bad delivery services, also I tried to renew my passport with the treditional clothes , the system refused to renew and I uploaded un dressed head photo, after that I called tasheel offices and they said that was a problem from the system to reject a treditional clothes photo, I want a free replacement passports & ID for me & my family.

I was so happy when I knew that I could renew my daughter's residence id and visa on this app and the process will be fast, but in my experience already more than 1 month ago I still have not received at least the digital format. calling the number in the app to follow up but it's invalid.

I appreciate the opportunity to provide some feedback on the mobile application. The user interface is quite intuitive, making navigation a breeze. I found the information presented to be clear and easily accessible. Overall, the app provides a convenient and efficient way to manage essential tasks. I am impressed by its helpfulness.
