About this app

Echos of Mind is a private space for noticing yourself: a mood journal for people who want emotional awareness without pressure, scores, or gamification.

Most mood tracking apps ask you to perform your feelings. This one doesn't. Check in with a simple emotional atmosphere (heavy, scattered, flat, clear) and let secondary details surface only if they're relevant. Writing is optional. No streak to protect, no score to chase, no notification asking you to "engage."

Underneath that, it's built to be genuinely private. Every entry is locked and scrambled so no one else can read it, not even us, and you unlock the app with your face, fingerprint, or passcode. Your entries sync across your devices. If you lose your connection, whatever you wrote is saved on your phone and quietly finishes syncing once you're back online. Nothing is lost.

Over time, the app starts noticing patterns: shifts in your mood, your language, or things that keep repeating across your entries. It doesn't diagnose or label you. These are observations, not verdicts. The goal is reflection, not optimization. You see what's shifting in how you feel and how you write about it, so patterns become visible before they become invisible.

Inner Circle lets you share simple alerts with up to three trusted people. Never your journal entries. Never the details behind the alert. Just a heads-up when something meaningful shifts. Off by default, and always in your control.

Voice-to-journal entry lets you talk instead of type. Say your reflection out loud and it's written straight into your private journal.

No dashboards, no streak counters, no "you're 80% optimized" messaging. It's a restrained space built for slow noticing instead of fast fixing, tracking your emotional life over months, not days.

Echos of Mind isn't therapy. It doesn't diagnose. It's a tool for noticing the shape of your own mind over time.
Private mood journal. Notices patterns in how you feel, without streaks.
