I have completed the documentation requirement for onboarding. I have not been able to access the app. I have written severally, there is no significant change. we keep going back and forth. The task is so frustrating.No solution. At a time no response was coming. The issue has not been resolved till date.

1 - Wondering why no support available to esclate technical issues 2- A repeated error happening whenever I want buy any stocks "Biometric not enabled for this device" even after reinstalled again and activated Biometric for both Login and order submission!!

I signed up and got verified for trading, but I haven't had a chance to actually trade yet. The sign up process was extremely frustrating. I had to retry taking my picture 6 or 7 times because it said the selfie was not a live picture! The verification process was simple and fast enough.
