Ratings and reviews

Why do they make these freaking updates that render the app useless. It's so frustrating how the purpose of the app is to make this streamline but something as simple as extending a rental has too many bugs and then just gives an error message of "please call the number for additional support". It was PERFECT 2-3 years ago I've literally had to rent for over 10 months at a time and the app was perfect. This new format is full of bugs and glitches making this such a bad experience.

Both National and Enterprise offer the best car rental services we've ever encountered. Their fleet consists of impeccably maintained. The check-in process is an absolute breeze, thanks to their efficient systems and friendly, helpful staff. What happened? New version is a pretty redesign, but so much slower. It takes 3x as long to make a reservation as before. The previous version had very few problems (regular booking and free day booking were on different screens), but was overall very solid. Separately, why do some airport locations require me to enter my arrival airline, and then offer names that no longer exist, some in over 30 years? Here's looking at you, Pan Am.
