I am old customer app is working fine . Honestly, the girl at the help center had no clue what she was doing. Just wasted my time. 2. Tried getting help, but the customer service girl couldn’t solve anything. Super frustrating. 3. Terrible support. Spoke to a girl at Karoo Help Center — she wasn’t helpful at all. 4. Felt like I was talking to someone who didn’t even understand the problem. Not helpful. 5. Very disappointed. The support staff didn’t care and couldn’t provide any solution.

I have great experience with this app I use it in my daily life the one thing is missing is Aani payments I request you to add aani payments option it will be so convenient for payments.

This app is not usable. I can't even register as the app is asking every 2 seconds to log in, looping only. I saw comments with the same issue. DU might provide an update first before I would consider changing my rating...
