GPS Location to show the nearest hospitals & ER Locations from your location.
Bluetooth permission is to connect blood pressure & blood sugar devices with the app to analyze the data.
Camera permission is to enable virtual consultation between patient & doctor.
Calendar permission to set reminders for Virtual & Normal Appointments. Audio permission is to access voice command features.
Wifi state permission is to connect to HMG Wifi when you visit the hospital. Read & write external storage to upload images & documents in E-Referral function.
Physical Activity permission to read heart rate, steps & distance from your smart watch & send it to your doctor.

The people in charge of developing/updating this app should be fired. I should not have to re-upload all my details every time they make an app update. They are constantly updating the app, and all my information is then deleted. My family members linked to me are also deleted from the app. My information should not be affected every time the app is updated. Ridiculous! Edit: 1 year later and still a terrible and frustrating app.

Unable to register or login, the app does not allow me to accept the terms and conditions, it just freezes on the page. I'm unable to access any of my medical reports because of this. Very disappointing considering how well organised the hospital is, the app reflects poorly on them

One of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. Can't log in to view your results after taking a COVID test. "File Number" is so arbitrary when the receipt has at least 6 different numbers to use on it, not that it matters because none of them work anyways. You'll have to drive back to the hospital the next day to receive your results vs printing them off at home. Then a separate issue, it doesn't register foreigners very well. After inputting personal data, the register button doesn't work.
