Wost experience ever. Easy setup. Nice looking Unit. Struggled with live video feed. Wifi signal is strong. Even setup a subscription. Motion sensor was severely inaccurate no matter what the settings were. Notifications were delayed between 45 seconds to 3 mins depending on what it felt like doing if it even responded at all. Customer service was just as slow to respond. Not even 3 weeks in and the camera stopped working. Im done. Wheres my refund?

I bought this thing, set it up, but haven't subscribed to it. Months later, I'm ready to subscribe. The camera couldn't connect to the app, so I was no longer able to see video like I did when I first opened and tested the camera. I tried resetting the camera, deleting the device, and uninstalling the app. Now, when trying to register the camera(it connects to bluetooth and wifi perfectly), it constantly says failed. Being a dummy, I even subscribed, thinking it would've worked. I lost money.

What's with the photos and videos permission since you don't store anything in local storage? Why does the app turn on my camera when there is no two way video? Why does the app log into a remote server in Korea and steam the video and audio from my doorbell and phone over there? Why is it my friend was able to factory reset my door by holding down the button, then was able to take over the video? Another app from China that is slow, crashes and spends more cycles trying to upload your data
