Update to my original review. I recently dropped my phone in water. I had to get a new one. I downloaded thecapp on my phonevandcmy 815 points were not there. I contactee the company and with a little info I had my points added! this app is in the background. Mostly I don't even think about it. Surveys are easily done and not bothersome. I've redeemed gift cards to amazon and received items absolutely free.
I used to love this app because it was an easy and non-disruptive way to earn money on my phone. Ever since switching phones my account only gets 5 points a day instead of the 30 I used to get. Nothing beyond my phone changed, but the points went down to where it's almost not worth it anymore. Considering uninstalling the app at this point.
Had this app for years with everything working fine. Then randomly had my account deactivated with no reason given, and unable to spend the points i had gained. Don't bother with this app. UPDATE: I talked to their customer support to find out why my device was no longer able to receive the benefits of this app. I was told they could not give me a reason for it.
This app is literally free money. It runs in the background and I forget it is even there. Once a month a quick survey pops up. I've had it installed on my last 3 phones since at least 2014 I think. The only downside is each time I've gotten a new device the points awarded dropped but that is understandable as more people install it. It is still just free money in the form of gift cards with hardly any effort on my part.
Great way to earn little points for gift cards. Submitting quick helps for the app seems pretty easy but as far as emailed responses, they are little to be desired. I was replied with my device no longer being eligible but am still earning points?
The makers are sexist. My husband who is the same age as me, color, and income bracket signed up at the exact Simeon time as me and he gets 20 points a day, but I only get 5. SEXIST!
