The Mate App visualizes Embrace data, enabling you to view your day at a glance. Set medication reminders and quickly get a holistic view of your daily regime including how much you’re moving and resting, your medication adherence, and any seizures that may have occurred.

• Maintain an accurate seizure diary: Seizures detected by Embrace are automatically logged, and you can add any others you may experience. Add notes to seizures such as how you were feeling and what you were doing before the seizure.
• Discover insights about your rest: Get detailed stats such as duration, interruptions, turns and tosses. Advanced analysis lets you see how efficient your night's rest was, and compare it with your weekly average to identify patterns.
• Keep track of how much you move: Automatic activity recognition distinguishes between run, walk, and sport. You can also see the intensity of your physical activity and stats such as duration, distance, steps, and total active time.
• Medication reminders: Take control of your medication management by using the medication reminders designed for people with epilepsy. Set detailed reminders so that you can remember to take your medicines on time. View all your seizure, rest and physical activity stats; alongside your medication compliance at a glance.

We use Embrace2 for epilepsy. My biggest problem with this app is the 'My Medication' feature. It is awesome to be able to track the time meds are taken, but each individual dose of Medication has it's own alert and box to check off. Since my kid takes multiple meds 3 times a day...that means I have 13 alerts per day. It would be 5 stars if I could group the meds... for example AM, midday, PM since he takes multiple meds at the same time. Much more efficient instead of 13 alerts.

So disappointed that the sleep tracker doesn't work anymore. I used this app to track my son's sleep because of his epilepsy. He has autism and can't tell me if he had a restful nights sleep or not, so I used this app every day to track how well he slept. Now it shows absolutely nothing! And the sleep/wake time is wrong too. Others have complained about same issue BUT Last two updates have not fixed it. Used to be an extremely helpful app, but is now just taking up space on my phone.

I've sent in a support ticket, I've been reporting daily that movement and sleep data is no longer being recorded. I've had this under a month. This Is either a bad app or faulty embrace2. I'm not paying a subscription after my trial if this not fixed, I need all its features, not just some of them. It's a very expensive product to be left broken.
