The Care App is used by patients and trial participants to facilitate remote health data collection when used with Empatica’s medical-grade EmbracePlus wearable. The Care App receives physiological data collected by EmbracePlus via Bluetooth and transmits this data to the Cloud for review and download by a professional.

Updated app. Now device time is off by 5 hrs, 39 minutes. Everything else seems to be OK. Previous resetting of phone did nothing. However, when I shutoff phone for 30 minutes, the device resynced to the correct time. I'm changing the review to 4

Keeps saying bluetooth off when bluetooth is functioning so will not connect tracker. All other bluetooth devices are working just fine.

The app is straightforward to use and it connects easily and perfectly with my device EmbracePlus.
