Ratings and reviews

This is a recurring problem with the app. I have been trying to subscribe and despite payment in full, I am unable to see my subscription starting. I have already faced this 2ce in a row and have had to take refund from Google Play every time. Can you please check? If this persists, I'll have no option but switching, even though I don't want to.

Update: thanks the issue is resolved. Not able to use the app. I downloaded and subscribed to monthly to try the app. I used it for few days and loved it. I decided to get the yearly subscription instead. I cancelled the monthly subscription in google play to switch to yearly, now the app doesn't work. I tried everything from removing the cache data to re installing the app nothing works.

No doubt it's a very handy app to get access to all the news, but there are certain problems that needs to be fixed. Most irritating problem for me is that it often says that I don't have any subscription even when my subscription is pending. And due to this, I have to log in again and again to get access to my paper. So kindly fix this issue!
