Whenever I try to open this app (& also The Hindu app) by clicking any notification received from the Frontline, the app opens, then freezes & then closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times, but to no avail. My mail to app support has gone unanswered. It is very disappointing to receive such below par service from the Hindu Group. They just do not have any proper tech support. I have an All Access pass valid till October, 2026, which I'm not going to renew.

Frontline Magazine offers good quality content, but the pricing of its OTS High and Very High subscription plans is extremely high. The cost is not within the reach of common people, which limits its accessibility and overall readership.. If Frontline aims to reach the masses and expand its customer base, the subscription price needs to be significantly reduced. The revenue gap can be balanced through advertisements or other monetization methods. A more affordable pricing strategy would attract.

Great content but the app glitches whenever I try to scroll down rendering the entire app unusable except for the article page. improvement in the speed of scrolling is a must as it makes it feel the app is laggy. One suggestion unrelated to the issues is to make whatever comments we make available to the user. will be using the website until they rectify this
