Ratings and reviews

Does not work. It won't allow me to log in my account. When you click on "Log In" at the bottom right of the screen, a page pops up with 3 options in how to log on: (1) "athenaNet", (2) "Single Sign On" for those with an organization account, and (3) "athenaText" for those who signed up on the mobile app. Since I'm an athenaNet user I tapped on option 1. Loading wheel pops up and quickly disappears, leaving me on the same page. I keep trying and same results. Very disappointing.

Awful app. It rarely works correctly. You'll get a notification that you have a message and then it will take hours to show up in your message list. Other times you won't get notifications for messages at all. Can't use emojis or anything else to help convey tone. Mine doesn't automatically capitalize which is a minor yet rather irritating inconvenience. There are other issues too but I feel like what I've stated is more than enough. Quite honestly despise this app.

Crashes often, notifications can be a nuisance. Cannot search history, so finding prior conversations can be very difficult, and you just have to manually search. This is ridiculous in this day and aget-his is why we have computers, so we can search things. Really a very primitive messaging service
