Designed with doctors and healthcare providers in mind, the athenaOne mobile app for Android is a secure extension of athenaClinicals on desktop. The app supports clinicians in delivering high quality care to patients and completing key clinical tasks, even when they're away from their desk. The app syncs in real time, so you have access to the most up to date information, on the go.

Ratings and reviews

Read only. Unable to place orders. Useless for physicians with an android. Unable to use ambient notes with Android version. Have an iPhone and it's definitely better suited for people with iPhone. Not so much to android users, which is a shame. [Edit] Close to 6 months from my last post. Still no changes. Their PR answered with generic "we're working on it".

Was told repeatedly that Athena one is now fully active for Android. It is still read only which make the productivity features (alleged to make charting easier) zero. Incase told to uninstall, then reinstall. Still read only. Even on my iPad at work, ( the only way I have access to AthenaOne) the note transfer from ambient captures takes forever. Very disappointing. Has not made my work life any easier.

As many other users have already commented, this is really only useful for chart review and checking their schedule. Productivity wise, not useful at all considering there is no way to document, bill or sign off on encounters. With all the notes that modern providers are perpetually swimming in, the Android versions of this app is risibly lacking.
