About this app

EquateAccess provides multi-factor authentication (MFA) that simplifies your login and protects your EquatePlus account with an additional level of security.

How it works:
When your account is ready to begin using EquateAccess, you will receive an invitation to download the app. Once downloaded, follow the simple instructions to register it to your account.
After completing the easy setup, you will be prompted to scan a QR code each time you log in. Use EquateAccess to scan the code and authorise the login on your mobile device using Face ID, Touch ID, or by entering your EquateAccess PIN.

Requirements:
• EquateAccess requires your mobile device’s camera to scan the QR codes. Please be sure to grant permission to the app when prompted.
• The enhanced login must be configured for your company. Make sure you have received an invitation before installing EquateAccess.

Unable to add device to account as I get a "Something went wrong...try again" message after scanning the barcode and scanning fingerprint. This has been going on for weeks and I'm able to add a iPhone to the account as an MFA option with zero issues. That makes this app a virtual paperweight. Fix this issue please - you're impacting a lot of your users with a poor quality app.

I agree with most other reviews of this app. It gets in a loop that only offers 1 method of access (pin access) which it describes as less secure than other methods. However it doesn't offer any other methods. It then does not let me get access to my account. Super frustrating...I would give it 0 stars but that's not an option.

When I scan the QR code it tells me that there is a session already running and crashes out. Unable to access a password reset through the application which is unacceptable, especially when all of the phone numbers for support are outside my country.

What’s new

This app version fixes an issue that prevented registration and authentication on certain devices after a less-secure method (e.g., camera-based face recognition) was used to unlock them. It also contains visual fixes for the splash screen and the main screen of the app.
