Mailbox Alert turns the Ring camera you already own into a smart mail sentry. When motion happens near your mailbox or front porch, our AI looks at a single snapshot and tells you exactly what happened - mail delivered, package dropped off, or someone at your mailbox - so you stop guessing and stop walking out to an empty box.

PRIVACY FIRST
- Analysis is inference-only on single snapshots - continuous video is never stored
- No facial recognition, no license plate reading, no reading of names or addresses on mail
- Snapshots auto-delete after 90 days, or immediately when you unlink
- Your data is never sold or shared

WORKS WITH RING
Mailbox Alert connects through the official Ring integration. You need a Ring account and at least one Ring camera with a view of your mailbox, door, or porch. A Mailbox Alert subscription is managed through your Ring account.

What’s new

Cameras now appear as soon as you finish linking, with the name you gave them in the Ring app — not only after they have seen something.

The app refreshes on its own: new deliveries and mailbox visits appear without pulling to refresh.

Pausing a camera in the Ring app no longer clears its history.
