Ratings and reviews

Latest update says they added OTP sign in. I can't sign in to my account at all. When I try I get a screen asking for a code they sent to my email but I never get the email (yes I checked spam, it's been half an hour and still no email) - no link to try to resend the code or anything. My thoughts on the app before the latest update weren't good but I can't say if the updates help or not since now I'm completely unable to access my account.

ETA: fixed Stop it Lowes Foods, just stop. I didn't say anything when your ads got hard to read because of all the uneccessary added ad lingo and graphic design. I didn't say anything when you started going crazy with Lowes Foods brand items - some of which are good, most of which are NOT. I didn't say anything when every single time a to-go order is made there are out of stock items that I can easily find elsewhere. But now you have messed with the app and I can't even see the weekly ad? Bye.

To hard to use, in the old app I loved the shopping list and that the weekly ad was in categories so I could find items easier. This new app is a mess, I feel like I'm shopping online, not checking sales. Probably just going to use the website and my plastic card. Thinking about uninstalling. Update 3/5/23: logged me out and now I can't login. Useless waste of time and money this app. If I'm supposed to have a digital card, but I can't login! How am I supposed to used it!?
