I installed this app to redeem rewards I was given when the entertainment system on my flight wasn't working. Total waste of time. I followed the procedure given to all passengers on my flight but no rewards are credited and when you try to contact them you draw a blank. Rubbish customer support. Why hand out something you have no intention of honouring?? I have emailed yet again as requested in the reply to this review, and await your response please.

Absolutely disaster. Fares are shown so high than websites. Everytime it asks for Verification. Even Banks don't ask for Verification this much. App should be updated to keep signed in our Mobile, unless if someone doesn't want. Fares should ve reasonable like other websites. We TRUST Etihad and expect sincerity in all DEALS.

unable to log in. Keeps coming back on the login page after putting otp. Besides the app, Etihad is lately very disappointing. Extreme increase in prices, change in the rewards/membership policy, with obviously none for the benefit of the customer. you just lost a very loyal customer (and the family)
