Clozaride app is a ride hailing app for passengers/riders to request a ride. The app allow passengers to search and choose their desired destination and then request a ride after selecting their desired vehicle type. On requesting a ride, a list of nearby online drivers, with the selected vehicle type, are shortlisted for the passengers to select. Selected drivers receives the ride request and the first driver to respond gets the opportunity to negotiate the fare amount to be paid with the requesting passenger.

It also allow passengers/riders to negotiate ride fare amount, for the stated ride destination, with the driver by phone or via the app to reach a consensus fare amount acceptable to each.
