I’m really satisfied with this app and even decided to purchase the lifetime subscription because it has helped me a lot with learning Chinese. The lessons and practice features are very useful. One suggestion however, it would be great if the practice mode included a writing exercise where the English meaning is shown and we have to write the Chinese characters from memory without seeing the character first. Currently, the character is visible, so it feels more like tracing than recalling.

this is the best Chinese dictionary i found ! it offers excellent translation experience with deeper explanations than basic things like Google Translate (which i love btw but Chinese is so difficult it's just not enough), and it has some pretty cool features for saving, managing, and practicing vocabulary. developers please never expand the paywall and keep the free stuff free 😁

You can customize what's on the app start screen to remove the parts that aren't useful to you or work better in other apps. Good feature. I ended up disabling all and realised there's nothing very useful here. Ad at screen bottom, full screen ads, occasional forced ad videos, etc. If you speak Vietnamese you might enjoy the community posts - I used pleco screen reader though and the posts are mostly spam or just not very useful.
