About this app

Product of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, Q+ is the future of QR based payments in Sri Lanka. This app could also be used around the world and supports both Visa and MasterCard QR Code payments. This app is not restricted to merchants of any particular bank, this could be used locally and globally to process QR based payments.

Any of your COMBANK issued Credit, Debit or Prepaid card could be registered to make the payments through this app. MasterCard, Visa and Lanka Pay cards can be added to the app and you can add up to 5 cards to your app.

Payments can be done by the click of a button. All you have to do is scan the QR and enter the amount and the PIN. Payments are process fast and secure.

Transaction history inquiry can be done up to 06 months transactions. If there is a dispute about the payment transactions, such as duplicate posting, you can raise the dispute through the app.

Tried the app a couple of times to perform payments via QR scan but the experience was really frustrating. In simple terms, you can't really enter/type the amount properly.! Just like the very old ATMs, the user input starts from the right most decimal placeholder - which enforces more key-presses. Worst thing is unless you give some time between key-presses it duplicates the input you enter and there is a very limited time you are allowed to complete the transaction as well (as I got to know from Cargills). By the time you try out this challenging game, the customer Q gets +++ :). (I was fortunate to confirm that it was not a prob with me as I noticed another person struggled with this). However, this issue is not there with bill-payments (e.g.:mobile bill payments/reloads) and that is very convenient. Still I'm giving the lowest rating as the most important feature of this app has the worst user-input behavior I've experienced. Looking forward to get a better version sooner. [OS info: Androind 9]

Works fine for me. Made some transactions easily. However there is a error showing "duplicate ref" sometimes. It will go away if you go back and come again. But I have only one problem. When I try to add my water board account number. It's said it not valid every time and there is a validation issue as well when entering the account number. Please fix it. Otherwise this is a good and fast app.

NWSDB Account number should enter as same as it appears on the monthly bill including forward slash (/).Once you complete a successful transaction, same can be added to favorite list. App doesn't work when developer options are enabled. Unlike other banking apps and payment apps that requires only USB debugging turned off to run it. Having to restart the device just to turn off developer options each time is annoying and it avoids me from using this app frequently to make payments.

Hi Maleesha, Thank you for your feedback. As per CBSL guidelines we are not allowing customers to log in to Q+ App with developer option enabled, due to security reasons.
