About this app

Product of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, Q+ is the future of QR based payments in Sri Lanka. This app could also be used around the world and supports both Visa and MasterCard QR Code payments. This app is not restricted to merchants of any particular bank, this could be used locally and globally to process QR based payments.

Any of your COMBANK issued Credit, Debit or Prepaid card could be registered to make the payments through this app. MasterCard, Visa and Lanka Pay cards can be added to the app and you can add up to 5 cards to your app.

Payments can be done by the click of a button. All you have to do is scan the QR and enter the amount and the PIN. Payments are process fast and secure.

Transaction history inquiry can be done up to 06 months transactions. If there is a dispute about the payment transactions, such as duplicate posting, you can raise the dispute through the app.

App is extremely buggy. The password and pin system is system is overly complicated and difficult to manage. It expires frequently, and you can't even reset it more every 24 hours, mine is now locked again. And you can use an older pin, it got locked when I did that. Why so complicated? I recommend everyone use Genie, which is soo much simpler. You think the more rules and security you put in the better your system is? Wrong, all SL banks make this mistake, we want it easier and just simpler.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. The PIN is a 4 Digit number & no additional Password is required except OTPs. PIN does not get expired at any point. For security, the App will be blocked if 3 consecutive incorrect PIN attempts are made. If you still encounter issues, kindly reach us through qplus@combank.net or contact 0112353353 for assistance.

Worst bank ever. I used multiple mobile apps from combank, but still didn't recieve the service i wanted. I wanted to send some money to my friends, after money being sent that amount was deducted from my account but no one recieved the payment. I have complained about this an year ago. But still they couldn't fix it. If this is an issue of your mobile application developer, hire someone with more experience.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback. To maintain simplicity & ease of access, the login PIN & transaction PIN both are maintained as static and similar. Due to security reasons, multiple incorrect PIN attempts will temporarily disable the log in.
