Becoming a parent
Becoming a parent helps you / you to bond, prepare for childbirth and find the way to good parenting.
The idea of becoming a parent is, for the most part, staggering, annoying, nervous and so incredibly gratifying. Usually everything at the same time. Thoughts fluctuate between being the happiest in the world to feel incapable and totally extradited to the unknown. Every pregnancy and birth is unique and unpredictable. But you can still prepare yourself mentally. By letting your thoughts and ideas in advance, over and over, go to how you want to feel and react in different situations, you instruct your inner and can influence the process in a good way.
The app contains five exercises, some specific for the mother, something specific for the father (or the person who is at birth) and some for both together. The exercises help to increase one's own confidence and confidence in the course of nature, to keep the balance and to replenish with thoughts, ideas and feelings that provide calm and inner strength. They prepare you for childbirth and show the way to good parenting.

If you are a total beginner in relaxation or if you find it difficult to find a relaxed position then you are recommended to start with the Muscular Relaxation app.
