This app is suitable for everyone, both new and experienced practitioners of mindfulness. Properly used, you will be reminded of what life can be like when you are in the present, have found the balance and feel the harmony within you. You will be able to slow down and make you more aware of your thoughts, your actions and your surroundings.
The big difference between relaxation and mindfulness is that during the mindfulness exercises you are awake, in the present and observant. Relaxation training, on the other hand, aims to release unnecessary tension and to reach an easy transplant state.
In addition to four exercises, you get training tips and learn what you need about mindfulness to get you to your next level of feeling and quality of life.

The exercises are read by Maria Gyris. The idea is that her slightly more awake voice - with no music in the background - will help you to be aware and present in yourself without sinking into the light tran state that characterizes relaxation.
