Although the interface is easy the app itself is really basic. I think had the vendors and spaces used it now I might be more inclined to enjoy it. It should be the central location for all things event. From local restaurants since no food was provided, to ubers and direct messages between both attendees and vendors.

Sluggish interface, events do not sync properly between how they appear on your schedule in the app and the conference registration. It's also easy to accidentally delete conference sessions that you're signed up for while scrolling because the interface lags and you might not be clicking where you thought you were. On top of all those flaws, it kind of worked for the first two days of the conference but on the third day, it started consuming am inordinate amount of battery. Simply inexcusable.

Used the app from the 2026 CME Expo in Toronto and it was a great app. I loved the exhibitors, agenda, floorplan and the gamification! The live alerts throughout the day were helpful and helped me to learn more about what was happening and where, in real-time. throughout the past couple of days using this app, there were a couple of times when I tried to access certain parts where it crashed and said error, but it was quickly fixed and not a major issue when refreshing.
