ATH Móvil is an ATH® Network application that allows you to:
− Transfer money instantly to more than 1.7 million persons using only their phone number.
− Transfer money between your registered cards, even if they are from multiple financial institutions.
− Make payments at any time, from anywhere, in real time and securely.
− Donate to non-profit organizations.
− Get the balance of your accounts.

To use ATH Móvil you must:
− Be a client of a bank or credit union affiliated to the ATH® network that offers the ATH Móvil service.
− Have an ATH® debit card
− Have an email and phone number

I am not getting the text message to verify the account, I have contacted EverTec group multiple times with no luck or no further assistance. It seems like the app or the service is not sending the text message to certain locations as I am located in the Virgin Islands, they need to have this issue resolved so that the people can use the app. Perhaps they should think about putting in a call function, So you can choose from call or text message to verify the phone number.

For a long time the app worked fine and I had no issues, but now that my card expired I get an error message everytime I try to update the card that reads "No Internet Connection: Make sure your cellular data is turned on or you're connected and signed into a WiFi network.". I made sure I was connected to cellular data and I tried again connecting to wifi, but I still get the same message. I even tried uninstalling and re-intalling the app, but the error message remains. Can someone assist?

I'm new to the platform since I only recently got my bank account set up, however, after login in, I am unable to add a card. When I press the option, it tells me that I have no internet connection, even when I'm connected to wifi, or if I'm on cellular data. I've tried logging out and even deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail.
