Worst charging app I've ever used. if you want to spend atleast 15 minutes trying to get your car charging this is the app for you. Got in paid did everything. And then got an error message when I tried to charge my car It happened in multiple chargers through this system, I don't see how they stay in business.

The app is a bit clumsy and has trouble with properly calculating the cost of charging. It estimated that a 2 hour and 40 minute charge at the station I was at would cost $9.64. At the end of the period the actual cost was $5.00. I'd have rather had a longer charge and be billed for the amount estimated. The app kept telling me that with the $10.00 in my wallet there was not enough money. Lastly, I'd rather have the app be able to automatically withdraw whatever funds would be needed to charge.

Actively user hostile interface and charging paradigm. This is then only EV charging app I've encountered that *requires* a reservation, and then requires you to enter your reservation length (basically, it's paying for a parking spot). You don't get a refund if you leave early, and the charger takes forever to unlock (without any indication of what its doing). The app itself is extremely buggy - map doesn't load all the time, it's slow, and confusingly laid out.
