Ratings and reviews

The app and chargers only work half of the time, even after they updated their app. It would seem there is a lot of room to improve. Additionally, when you plug the vehicle in, even when it is approved, the app will state "charging is already in progress at this station" even when the app shows the specific charger available. now I am locked out from getting a charge at any other charger at this location for 24 hours. This app and service is basically worthless...

The concept has potential, and I hope they can make it work. It's not my cup of tea, however. You can't just pull up and begin charging like at normal charging stations, you have to reserve time in advance and you have to pay for like a whole hour and you are not supposed to stay with your car during that time. The map is hard to use, they don't even give you the addresses! I had trouble loading funds on my "wallet" and ended up leaving.

The app is a bit clumsy and has trouble with properly calculating the cost of charging. It estimated that a 2 hour and 40 minute charge at the station I was at would cost $9.64. At the end of the period the actual cost was $5.00. I'd have rather had a longer charge and be billed for the amount estimated. The app kept telling me that with the $10.00 in my wallet there was not enough money. Lastly, I'd rather have the app be able to automatically withdraw whatever funds would be needed to charge.
