I have been a patient at EWBC for several decades. My gyn doctor highly recommended your center for my yearly mammograms. I always included my mom. We live about 12 miles south of Buffalo. There are diagnostic facilities all around me. But EWBC is different/better. This facility focuses on the breast. And there are at least 3 doctors that view the results. Your results are only as good as the radiologist that reads them. EWBC is the best. I will never switch. I know I am in good hands!!!!

You don't save the password information. This is a seldom used app. So it is very hard to open if you have to redo the password every time. No one rembers the the password from one use to the next.

Generally easy to use but encountered a issue due to my own fault regarding taking a photo of insurance card. Forgot to take a picture of back of card and saved, unable to edit. Will have office correct this issue.
