Good App It's useful. I like being able to see my usage, but I agree with others, I would like to be able to make payment from app, not a totally different app. Also, an hourly usage or even if you could divide the day up like 6am-3pm, 3pm-6am, something like that. That could help customers pinpoint their high usage times and appliances.
Sucks I want to be able to make a payment from the app. And every time I log into it, it takes FOREVER then it come up with a time out error. I have to log in 3 or 4 times before I can even get into it. I know I'm not the only one experiencing the issue.
Keep it up Like the fact I can see exactly how much I use day to day, that way I can adjust different things to try so I can better my usage. Only thing I would like to see is a way to make payments instead of having to leave this app and go to another to make a payment.
Its ok I guess.... my electric co is full of rejects hahaa... I just had a $3000 new energy efficient central unit installed and for like 2 days it went down by 1/4 then bounced back up again.... they took a few days to update myusage... I think its the power company that sucks the app seems ok
It's OK App keeps stopping whenever I press the refresh key. Needs to have some bugs ironed out. Overall is an OK app though it would be more helpful if payments could be made from this app.
Love it I like being able to monitor my usage, however for the last 2 weeks I have been unable to log in to the app. I can log in to the website though. Very frustrating.
