Everything is fine but the payment feature. It sucks. You have NO CLUE if the payment is going through or went through. You really need to put a payment pending on it when you press the authorization button. Plus, this does not give you any conformation codes. Other than that, it's fine, I like how it shows your daily usage and what not. But I will just continue to pay over the phone or by other means because I don't need a payment oopsie again due to being in the dark.

Sorry you are having issues with making a payment. What Utility company is your service wtih and what is your account number? You can respond privately to p2@exceleron.com if you prefer. We would like to assist or determine what issues are occurring when your are making a payment. Is it the Utility payment system or MyUsage Payments? Thanks.

The app itself seems to be set up simply and is easy to use. However, I do have concerns about the password policy. On first login with a new account you are not prompted to change the password from what the electric company has given you. There also doesn't seem to be any option within the app itself to change the password. You have to login to the website instead to be prompted to change it or manually change it. I'm concerned that with such weak password policies data could be easily stolen.

I've tried getting NORMAL electrical service for WEEKS with no response. I have never spent so much on electric as I do here with PREPAID. $4.50 EVERY TIME YOU DEPOSIT $funds? Yeah... Thats not ok. Esp. without providing free option only costing you an inconvenience.
