When I first started the app it was telling me wrong user and password. I just did a password reset and has worked like a charm since. Great app. Shows me exactly how much of what I am using and being charged.
I love the concept behind this app it does make it easy and I like that I can see what I'm using day today so I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off, what I don't like is that if you forget one day because life can do that to you your power can get cut off at 9am over $0.40 and then you have to pay a $15 reconnect fee and some more just to get it cut back on that really makes me mad. Wish I could give you a couple day grace. Just in case just for life cuz it does happen.
It worked great for over a year but now, every time I try to see my usage, it tells me the app stopped. I have reported many, many times but doesn't do any good.😡😡😡
I can't log in anymore. It tells me my username and/or password is incorrect. There's no where to go about fixing it 🙁

Every since the last update says it has stopped responded. Won't let me log on. Another great update. How about fixing the update with another update.
