It's time to start shaming apps that have secret password requirements. If there is a limit of 16 characters, then it should tell me that instead of making me generate and paste in a dozen passwords, giving me an error after each try that the password doesn't meet the requirements. Longer passwords meet the printed requirements, just not the secret requirements. Shame. Works fine so far otherwise and it's convenient that family members can charge to my card and I get the points and email recpt.

Just spent 2 days trying to tie my PC Optimum card to my esso mobile app. went through it with PCO support. erased everything several times, it just sent me around in loops. then I discovered dozens of reviews from people who experience the same thing. I AM NOW PISSED OFF. This app does not work ! FIX IT PLEASE!!!

this used to be a great five-star app but has dropped down to one star. The last 5 times I've tried to use it, I get an error. It's frustrating to be at the pump with your phone and getting an error and having to go back into the car to get the purse and the wallet and the credit card. FIX THE APP! Yes I have rebooted the phone. Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
