My cameras work well, but neither the motion detection nor the alerts nor the app work very well. I am very disappointed. I've experimented with every possible setting change, but the motion detection either triggers with every bug, leaf and bird or not at all. Also, the alerts have stopped sounding on my phone even though the settings should have them sounding. The app is inconsistent. Sometimes the camera images are not clear. Not very impressed with customer service either. They are slow.

Good: Chosen because of extreme cold weather temperatures which works well when Ring and others will not. Notifications work fine. The ability to add many devices on the app is very good. The Challenge The motion detection light should go on with motion - obviously....but it often doesn't and if it does, does not turn off, leaving the light on all night. There is NO setting on the device or the app to allow me to choose how long the light should stay on after motion stops. big frustration

Hi, if you enable the color night vision, then the spotlight will be turned on during the night in order to provide the light. You may switch the night vision to smart night vision so that the spotlight won't be on all the time.

Unable to create basic automations. I don't understand why after clicking automations I can select the triggers (open/close sensors, motion detection) but under actions all I see is activate or deactivate cameras notifications, I have no options to turn off or on the lights, this is a basic automation and I have been looking for any info and nothing. I just spent over $500 for a product that is not doing even this basic functions.
