Worst Digital Wallet! Using eSewa is a complete waste of both money and time. The server is down almost every other day, causing transactions to fail while still deducting money from the account. If you try to contact customer support, either they don’t respond or they give the same useless reply – "Our team is working on it." Getting a refund feels like begging! Even after waiting for weeks, the money doesn’t get refunded. Trusting this app is like putting your money at risk.

My mother have irritated from this app because she updated kyc and document size gone wrong. She removed that document picture and again added but while seeing there will not be added . What type of app is it? You should take action fast. My mother have to pay fine because electricity office is far from our house and she can't go there and we can't pay through esewa because of this problem
