Ratings and reviews

I’ve been using Nabil Bank’s app for 2 years now and honestly it’s super reliable. The system only went down once in all this time, and they fixed it really quick. Easy to use, safe, and covers all the basics like transfers, bill payments, and wallet links. Probably the best digital banking app in Nepal right now.

Can't open virtual dollar icard. It always says "Virtual card registration failed". Update: After adding the debit card, the issue was resolved. I'd suggest mentioning this info in the app itself so people don't get confused...New issue: When I try to top up balance in my virtual USD card, the app crashes as soon as I click Proceed. I have enough balance on my account.

Worse service compared to other banks. Previously, my YouTube payments used to arrive on time, but after I changed the payment method to Nabil Bank, it turned out to be my worst mistake. Now they delay the payment by half a month every time without a valid reason. We have filled out the forms multiple times, as they claimed that was the reason for the delay, but even after submitting the form three times, they have delayed the payment again this month.
