Same as the others. Won't allow me to log in. I uninstalled it and now it won't even install again. Unbelievable. Edit: Today (24 December 2021) I was able to reinstall and sign into the app. I was still unable to do so 2 weeks ago, so this appears to be a recent fix. However, the app seems to working fine with enhanced security features.

Its terrible. They completely removed customer service, only the stupid ai bot that doesn't do anything. I had a problem that I didn't know exactly what it is, and the ai didn't either, duh! And the physical locations can't do anything and say you have to use the app! The worst thing they could have done. PS: When I need to speak to a person NOW I am not going to EMAIL you. why don't you use the AI for the Emails and normal people for the calls? Or do you not have enough to pay for them?

It's next to impossible to get resolved any matter through FAB chat box. It is poorly designed and lacks information. Also, its not relevant but speaking to customer service is also impossible. The AI is disappointing and don't take through to right options.
