I've begrudgingly used this app for about a decade. It is garbage for such a large company. Notifications are rarely up-to-date. Many "features" simply don't work. For example, clicking "Events" does nothing. No message, no loading icon. Just nothing. Many hours have been lost composing posts only to have them disappear when publishing errors out in one way or another. Garbage.

To be fair, this app has helped me communicate with my clients. What it doesn't always do is actually send my messages or update conversations. I'll get a notification of a new message and go to the app and the message won't load for sometimes up to an hour. Other times I'll send a message and see that it sent , only to go back later and see nothing was sent. The lag is horrible and I usually redirect everyone to messenger or my personal phone
