Online delivery customer service is useless if anything goes wrong. I had an order with a wrong item delivered and the customer service is unable to understand the problem I'm describing despite providing photos and references to the original order multiple times. It's been a month now and they are still unable to get it right.

Its a good app which we can click on grocery in store to add items we desire into our list. However I wish they have have subtotal at bottom of the list so consumers can calculate the initial amount to spend. This will be a great feature as it will boost shopping experience. 99 cents rewards can also feature better products regular like staples.

Hi Fairprice, did you do recent update with a bug? These few days I would need to login again and again when I press back the page in the app. When login it wrote "fairprice android is requesting access to your linkpass account". What is this?? In the past I sign in with singpass and it would be good to go. Please fix the issue ASAP! And another issue for grocery in store page, how come Hougang mall finest is empty when i search for items availability???
