Ratings and reviews

Online delivery customer service is useless if anything goes wrong. I had an order with a wrong item delivered and the customer service is unable to understand the problem I'm describing despite providing photos and references to the original order multiple times. It's been a month now and they are still unable to get it right.

Recently it keeps logging me out of my account and if I close and start the app again, I remain logged in. Even going to help, tab on anything it doesn't work until I close and open the app again. This is annoying. Devs should check why this is so.

The app failed to send order confirmation emails many times. Please fix this ASAP. * Send SMS alert one stop before delivery van arrives. * Show a store map and aisle numbers for all products for quick shopping and less crowding.
