Two that I find wanting on the app, 1. Accuracy to pickup location is bad. you keep rotating hence time wastage and fuel and eventually passenger is forced to cancel the order. 2. Radius between driver and rider sometimes is big and uneconomical. can we be allowed to set radius within which you can receive orders.

the app keep crushing all the time. I updated everything in ma phone, uninstalled and re installed it but in vain. I wish u resolve the issue otherwise we are getting difficulties

The app interface is good, but the pricing needs urgent review. Currently, the fares are too low for the work involved. When you calculate the distance a rider covers from the pickup point all the way to the final destination, the payout doesn't match the effort. At least a small amount should be added to the rates so that it is fair and sustainable for the riders..
