I feel disappointed by this app , why after accepting the trip while on the way to the pick up point , passenger cancels the trip, and emediately you reduce my driver score and it's not my wish after waisting my time and fuel and you know how the price of fuel how it is very high ,what you pay me is reducing my score you need to review that it's affecting us drivers, then nowadays I don't receive trips like before what went wrong ??????

App is operating fairly well,but has refused to display over other apps on my Android phone. Difficult to access the app accept icon upon request from a rider. Accepting a riders request delay noted where I have to swipe 2 to 3 times .

The app interface is good, but the pricing needs urgent review. Currently, the fares are too low for the work involved. When you calculate the distance a rider covers from the pickup point all the way to the final destination, the payout doesn't match the effort. At least a small amount should be added to the rates so that it is fair and sustainable for the riders..
