This app is the worst to ever enter the Kenyan market. Offers very cheap and unfriendedly prices to drivers. Mostly uses wrong and short routes to calculate it's fares, without minding whether the roads offered are passable or not or traffic issues. It's prices are locked no matter the route you take, not considering the reason for using an alternative route. Customer service is the worst, after calling for a complain they never act on it and they never call back to follow up on issues raised.

Unsafe when it comes to data protection. It controls the phone once downloaded. Pops up any and everytime without the users permission. And recently they have started to control and even start trips without users permission

Very annoying notification sound that won't go off even if i have not accepted a trip until i restart phone, also why do you have that annoying popup reminder to pay commission everytime i go online i know i have to pay unless i won't get trips please fix
