Customised. Business is good for a side hustle. Commission is fairly charged to leave a good portion for the Captain. However, there a lot to work on. Business is designed to benefit the client, the biggest challenge being the cancellation rates that is imposed on the rider. A customer not only will have wasted a Captain's fuel, airtime etc, after reaching the pickup station, they'll cancel the trip, fail to pick up calls & the burden rests on the Captain entirely.

Two things that I find wanting on the app and annoying 1. Accuracy to pickup location is bad. you keep rotating hence time wastage and fuel and eventually passengers are forced to cancel the request. Kindly improve on your navigation. it's very bad. 2. Radius between driver and rider sometimes is big and uneconomical. can we be allowed to set radius within which you can receive orders.

the map and navigation within the app need to be updated, make it close to something like Google maps ,2 why is it whenever a client cancels it increases my cancellation rate though am moving towards the client and sometimes am just waiting after arriving at the pickup then they cancel that should not increase my cancellation rate, the only thing to affect the rate should be me cancelling a trip after accepting it
