This application is very slow, it does not give the driver a passenger on time, you can wait 30 minutes, half an hour or a whole hour and more without getting any request. In short, it is not good and it is not of interest, perhaps the creators themselves are the ones who are interested. It also makes advertisements that would increase the needs of people and reach them more easily and quickly.

it's a very good app tho I went offline for something like a week wen I was in village I found my app not working it's unreliable u can't just disconnect someone without their consent they didn't even send any notification that I was going to be removed and now I'm in masaka they are telling me to go to the offices in rubaga to activate it ,, seriously these bayaye

total problem with this app is the map wrong direction to the pickups,two, some of the customer cares are very rude when it comes to time of solving issues between rider and the clients.clients of this so called faras are using the app to still from riders.No destination oders offered atleast when you are far away from home you can go with.
