What’s new

Fixed an issue where "Clear all Received" reset expense, mileage, and
respite entries instead of removing them from view. Cleared entries now
disappear properly and no longer reappear in PDF/email reports.

Refund reports (PDF & email) now only include entries still needing
action — already-submitted or already-received entries no longer show
up in newly generated reports.
