Pretty much useless. Fortunately there's a three month free trial for the Wi-Fi Plus Connect. And so far the Wi-Fi works but I have never had the option of looking at any charge levels or control charging from the app. Sending commands for the windows door locks etc work but when you look on the status page it doesn't reflect what the status of any of those things are. I called customer service and told charging from the app is not supported then told it was to some degree

Charge status continues to be intermittent. Today, 6/30, it failed to recognize the 500e being charged and posts an outdated charge level from before the charging. To make sure the connectivity was good, I sent a door lock command and it was done in about 10 seconds. This app is missing a "sync now" capability and it is nearly impossible to be useful most of the time.

App worked as expected for about six months. Now, it doesn't accurately show charge status or battery level. Last charge update was two weeks ago. Have logged out/in, emptied cache, deleted all app storage and uninstalled/reinstalled with no improvement. The app does connect in other ways, locating vehicle position and issuing remote commands, but charge level is basic information you can't do without. In addition, app notifications and emails have completely stopped.
