Whether you’re out adventuring in your Jeep® vehicle, relaxing in the comfort of your home or just about anywhere else, the new Jeep® app lets you stay in touch and helps you stay in control of your vehicle like never before. Need to contact your dealer? No problem, simply use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle+, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security and more, all combining to provide new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including Wear OS.

I cancelled my 3 month free trial within 14 days. My main complaint is that the app is terrible and force closes frequently across my android and apple devices. Beyond that, many of the other features like showing the battery charge and gas levels never seem to update, or if they do it's with data from weeks ago and not the current level. Overall most of these services they offer are duplicates of features already available via other means.

The only thing this is good for is to unlock/lock your doors. The recall tab is usually updated after I get the notice in the mail. The health report is useless from a maintenance stand point. And the glove box tab is filled with all the information you can get online and youtube. Everything else requires a subscription. If you just simply go online you can set all your appointments that way and avoid the constant issues that pop up.

The capabilities of this app are great but I'm giving it only 1 star because the execution. When you open the app it takes a really long time to open most of the time. Once you open it, certain functions take forever to load. I usually use it to make sure the doors are locked or to remote start it. Both of those functions literally take 1 to 2 minutes to complete. If it was a free service I wouldn't be inclined to complain but it is not. I'm paying good money every month for this app.
