Whether you’re out adventuring in your Jeep® vehicle, relaxing in the comfort of your home or just about anywhere else, the new Jeep® app lets you stay in touch and helps you stay in control of your vehicle like never before. Need to contact your dealer? No problem, simply use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle+, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security and more, all combining to provide new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including Wear OS.

How in this day and age, from a company that has the resources of Jeep, do they have an app this bad. I've gone two weeks and the fuel gauge doesn't update itself. Pretty useless feature if I can't see how much gas I have left. Also, when I customize the position of my remote buttons or dashboard tiles, they just get reset to default the next time the app has a minor update.

Keeps logging me out. Now, for the last 10 days, it keeps saying my fuel level is 77.7 miles to empty, even though I've had more fuel than that. 2/9/26 I tried to start my Jeep from the app & when I logged in, the start engine option wasn't there. I did all if the troubleshooting steps & even called customer service, nothing has been fixed. This app is trash and needs to be retooled immediately

Update...Thanks to latest update no longer able to track vehicle or remote start WTH if you can't make and maintain the app to work, find someone that can. In this day age the tech is there, come on Jeep, do better, you're going the way if I had not been so familiar with the GM app I might not be so disappointed in the Jeep app. the update of location is so slow and sometimes just doesn't update, it took 2 weeks before the app registered tire pressure were back to normal! come on Jeep do better
