Whether you’re out adventuring in your Jeep® vehicle, relaxing in the comfort of your home or just about anywhere else, the new Jeep® app lets you stay in touch and helps you stay in control of your vehicle like never before. Need to contact your dealer? No problem, simply use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle+, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security and more, all combining to provide new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including Wear OS.

Update 04/17/2026: 0 stars! No improvements to the app. Glitches everytime I use it. Have to open the app at least twice before it stays open. And good luck requesting your vehicles location. I've been asking the app to update my vehicles location multiple times a day for a week now and it continuously says it failed to locate. Again, I pay over $20 a month for this "service." Pay a decent fee for the service and the app is not very functional. Its very delayed, inconsistent, and unreliable.

The capabilities of this app are great but I'm giving it only 1 star because the execution. When you open the app it takes a really long time to open most of the time. Once you open it, certain functions take forever to load. I usually use it to make sure the doors are locked or to remote start it. Both of those functions literally take 1 to 2 minutes to complete. If it was a free service I wouldn't be inclined to complain but it is not. I'm paying good money every month for this app.

this app has a lot of issues. starting with just opening it it takes me 3 to 5 times to actually get it to open. and once it is open sometimes it remembers who I am sometimes it doesn't also sometimes it pops up with the fingerprint notification and sometimes it doesn't. every few updates removed my fingerprint preferences for starting the car. there's zero feedback as to if the car is running how long it's been. if you look at the Buick app it's like night and day. overall it's very underwhelmi
