Need to contact your dealer? No problem, simply use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle+, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security and more, all combining to offer new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including Wear OS.

Bought out Pacifica Hybrid used. System would not recognize the existing account used for a previous vehicle, so I set up a new account. Try to add my current vehicle - I'm stuck trying to add the VIN. Scanner won't read off the VIN tag in the window, gives an error trying to scan the barcode on the driver's door. Ok, I can enter it manually. Except the app doesn't recognize that I am typing anything, with the default keyboard or an alternate keyboard.

Tried to scan Vin and manually enter the last 8 of the Vin. Would not enter, so I called, and they wanted to sign me I up for subscriptions. You would think spending more than $51,000 one would get a feel app without having to pay for subscriptions. On top of that, they made me feel that I was interrupting their Netflix time... just saying. Happy Holidays!

New version of app requests I add my vehicle vin number, but once I do so, it says it cannot add my vehicle, although it does find it. It provides you with a number to call for help, except you don't get any useful help (restart the app, change your password...). App is useless now. Update: I followed through on response to my review. It turned out to a further waste of time. I was informed you have to subscribe to their services in order to be able to add your vehicle. App is useless otherwise.
