Need to contact your dealer? No problem, simply use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle+, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security and more, all combining to offer new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including Wear OS.

The worst vechile app compared to Ford's app. The first thing is, you have to pay for the app, where with Ford it is free. Second is the app function itself. You enable fingerprint to be able remote start your vechile. It works for a day or 2, and then it resets itself. I'd find myself questioning dodge as a vechile option when I get a new vechile in the future because of this and list of reliability issues

The app isn't like it used to be as a stand-alone app. I've re subscribe to the uconnect and received a mobile device to plug in obd2 port that the app does not work without, i used to be able to see the gas level indicator now today it's gone and it show nothing about the theft feature. also, if some do steal your car and remove the device from the obd2 port, that's it. The app is dead, not worth the time...update app keeps bugging out the mileage, gas, and location incorrect.

Okay so I figured out the whole issue with the VIN in the app. That should be fixed but it's not. So that's a developer thing you guys have to fix that. But to get past that you have to go to the website, register your car and go through the website version. Once it gets registered and everything then I had to subscribe to Sirius Connect or something like that. Then I could go back to the app and everything was on there. I would be happy to give you guys five stars if everything worked properly.
