Whether you’re out adventuring in your Ram vehicle, relaxing in the comfort of your home, or just about anywhere else, the new Ram app lets you stay in touch and helps you stay in control of your vehicle like never before. Need to contact your dealer? No problem, use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security, and more, all combining to provide new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including the Wear OS watch. Wear OS watch app is a companion app to the mobile app.

Not a single thing works with this app. Once downloaded, it won't accept the vin and makes you call in. Once you call, it sounds like someone answers, and is mute for 10 minutes, then thanks you for the call and asks if the issue was resolved, like you actually spoke to someone, but no one ever picked up, and finally after creating an account, they send you an email to verify your email address, and that doesn't work. It just spins endlessly without ever verifying. Total garbage.

Do not bother! Ridiculous wait times. My wait times to add a vehicle are as follows: 25 mins, 35 mins.. and over 120 minutes and NO ONE has picked up. But they keep claiming under a 3 minute wait time, or they'll be with you shortly. Not only can you not add a vehicle, but you can't remove a vehicle from your account either. The app had potential, but the execution, support or lack there of, just leaves it dead in the road.

This app is nearly useless as of this update, and seems to have been developed by children. fuel, oil life, and mileage no longer appear in the dashboard. I purchased a new truck last week, and the app at that time was useful, but was no longer updating the fuel and mileage. I called support, and their first request was to uninstall and reinstall. It updated, but the useful information no longer appears anywhere. it has become an app focused on pushing the user to the dealer vs providing info.
