Whether you’re out adventuring in your Ram vehicle, relaxing in the comfort of your home, or just about anywhere else, the new Ram app lets you stay in touch and helps you stay in control of your vehicle like never before. Need to contact your dealer? No problem, use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security, and more, all combining to provide new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including the Wear OS watch. Wear OS watch app is a companion app to the mobile app.

I recently activated service and the app was working fine. For nearly a week now, the app loads up to the splash screen and just continues to load. I can't get to anything in the app anymore. I've cleared cache, data, uninstalled and reinstalled and even restarted my phone several times. Nothing is getting me back in. I'm paying for a service now I can't even use.

Original post: The Ram app on my Android device attempts to open and then crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this application several times and it will work for a short period of time and then starts crashing again. very frustrating. Update: Ram addressed my complaint in a timely manner and kept me informed of progress. at this time the Ram app is functioning as intended. changing from 2 stars to 5.

App still does not have the option for the digital key for a Laramie level 2 that I paid for. Late availability means end of model year. It has been more than a year and the 2025 is no longer produced. This isn't late availibility, it is blatently false advertising for a feature I paid for. If the money I paid for the truck was a late availability, I am sure Ram would have an issue with that.
