Whether you’re out adventuring in your Ram vehicle, relaxing in the comfort of your home, or just about anywhere else, the new Ram app lets you stay in touch and helps you stay in control of your vehicle like never before. Need to contact your dealer? No problem, use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security, and more, all combining to provide new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including the Wear OS watch. Wear OS watch app is a companion app to the mobile app.

I recently activated service and the app was working fine. For nearly a week now, the app loads up to the splash screen and just continues to load. I can't get to anything in the app anymore. I've cleared cache, data, uninstalled and reinstalled and even restarted my phone several times. Nothing is getting me back in. I'm paying for a service now I can't even use.

the app is constantly removing my finger print ID login. make it like apple and let us create shortcut widgets to remote start with out entering the app. and make it so we don't have to log in Everytime we want to use it. it's annoying. once it's logged in it should stay logged in. update this app. it's been years since you've done anything. make it more user-friendly. make it so people have options if they want the app to log out all the time, add widget functionality for Android users!

terrible app to pay for after trying to open the app about 3 or 4 times you can finally get into it, then you can start the vehicle with the app but then it won't let you unlock the doors with the app Even if your keys are locked inside of it. It will not lock your doors if one is accidentally cracked or not shut all the way. absolute waste of money.
