I highly recommend this app if you're looking for both mood and energy tracking. I also think those with mood disorders / other mental disorders with mood and energy changes would benefit from this app, especially since you can track your mood and energy levels and what causes those. I dig the aesthetic of this app, too, since the overall appearance and layout looks so pretty. Best mood tracker in my opinion. ❤️

I've used many mood trackers, but this one is probably the best one I've used! It's really simple to use, and it's also aesthetically pleasing to just look at. Being able to log your mood 4 times a day is amazing, and I also love how — instead of a smile — we get this glowing sphere that radiates a color depending on our mood. In general, it's a great app! 👍

One of the better mood trackers ive tried. Its simple and has highly customizable aspects. I really like that mood and energy levels are tracked separately in this app, its useful for tracking things like bipolar swings since high energy levels dont always coincide with positive moods. The one thing id like to add is a symptom tab to the journal entries (currently the tabs are activities, emotions, and notes). Overall a very good app, ive been looking for a tracker like this for a long time.
