Ratings and reviews

I purchased tickets, it said there was a problem with payment and made the payment button accessible again. Checked my bank account, and the transaction is pending. There has been no notification email, and the tickets do not appear on my app. Seems like a scam. Yes, I've checked my junk email, as well as closing and reopening the app.

Booked an experience through the app for my birthday (paid in full of course) and was emailed a day or 2 later about the date not being available. Supposedly, a coupon has been issued for me to rebook (within 2 months of course) which is not working when I try to rebook on the app. Shocking experience. Just go through the provider where possible.

I'll try to give this app a fair go, but it's concerning that to even access ones tickets, they've no choice but to install this app. If one transfers a ticket to another without the app, they aren't even provided the option to have the ticket sent as a pdf attachment in an email, which I would assume would be fairly simple to have as an option. I was running out of storage but managed to make it fit, yet it was a nuisance. Nonetheless, the rest of the app seems fine enough, so I'll continue.
