Ratings and reviews

Customer support is basically non-existent, at least in Italy. They fool you around and don't answer your questions. The amount contained in the refund vouchers is not displayed anywhere in the app, so if you have more than 1 voucher you risk to apply the wrong one to your purchase. I'll delete the app as soon as possible and don't touch it again with a 10ft pole. I'd rather lose the chance to attend events sold through this app than to deal again with their incompetent customer support.

I bought a ticket they offered for a movie in Manchester to find out post-purchase that no Vue cinemas were showing that film. $16 down the drain $10 voucher didn't work. Nightmare to find the t's and c's to see why. Customer service proposed they couldn't see the ticket in my account, then closed the conversation, which followed by sending me an email that they couldn't refund my ticket. A very unhonest experience

Bought tickets to Candlelight: Tribute to Pink. YOU CANCELLED THE EVENT. 8. 30pm event Melbourne on 10 May You've given me only a coupon to a 6.30pm event which I can't make and why I booked the 8.30pm event in the first place. The coupon has no flexibility. Reputable companies would give a full refund for an event THEY CANCELLED. Using the coupon/voucher does not work for me. A full refund of my $126.00 should be in order.
